Thunderball is a new, two-person ball form developed by Tai Chi Master Robert Morningstar. In a playful, cooperative way, balls are continuously passed between two players using the Tai Chi principles of yielding, softness and circular movement.
Thunderball develops reflexes, ambidexterity and eye-hand coordination, and trains players to remain focused and centered in the midst of external challenges. Thunderball is great fun, and in just a short period of time it can significantly improve one's ability to apply Tai Chi principles to both practical and martial situations.
